All Winners and Finalists will automatically be sent one medal in early June for placing as a Winner or Finalist. However, we have a limited supply of extra medals if you wish to order a second or third (or more) medal(s) either for co-author(s) or the publisher or for yourself.

You are eligible to order additional Winner medals if your book was named a "Winner" or additional Finalist medals if your book was named a "Finalist" in any categories.

Once you order medals and they are placed in the mail by our processing department, it will take up to 3 weeks for them to arrive because all medals are sent from our Canadian processing center. Unfortunately we do not have the capacity to fast track any orders. Additionally, our offices will be closed for the summer from July 24 to August 31 and no orders will be processed during that time. Note: The cost per medal is $20.00, plus a flat rate of $5 for shipping and handling per order (no matter how many extra medals ordered). Please note that we do not accept returns or provide refunds on medal orders.
